Bleh, I hate when I reply the wrong place. I might as well explain it for the
rest.
In ADPro, if you want to double the size of an image, quadruple it. Then use
the roll operator to shift the picture up and to the left 1 pixel, and scale
it down. Crop off the bottom and rightmost lines and you have a relatively
quickly interpolated image.
This I figured out after I slaved over two versions of another method which
peeked and poked into ADPro and did the interpolation in ARexx, which was
hideously slow (take a nap, go to the movies, make a huge dinner, die of old
age and check next time you're resurrected, etc).
